These Terms govern use of nakhat.in and the Nakhat by Janhvi Android app. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Store products

Nakhat offers handcrafted décor and gifting products. Hand-finished pieces may show minor variations in colour, texture or detailing. Product photographs are intended to represent the item accurately, but screen settings and handmade variation can cause differences.

2. Prices and availability

Prices, offers, stock and delivery estimates can change. The price shown at checkout is the price applicable to that order, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors before fulfilment.

3. Orders and payments

Orders are subject to acceptance and stock verification. Online payments are processed through Razorpay. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Nakhat. Cash on Delivery may be offered where enabled.

4. Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Dispatch timing depends on the product and is shown in the product/order information. Cancellation and refund eligibility follows the store policies displayed on nakhat.in. A cancellation request is not final until accepted where admin approval is required.

5. Customer accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for providing accurate delivery information. You may request deletion of your account and associated data from the app or at https://nakhat.in/delete-account.php.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout/payment systems, submit fraudulent orders, or copy content in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.

7. Intellectual property

Nakhat branding, product photography, descriptions, artwork and other original store content are owned by or licensed to Nakhat by Janhvi and may not be commercially reproduced without permission.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the service available, but temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, hosting, payment-provider or network reasons.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
