Request permanent deletion

Deleting your account removes or de-identifies your profile, saved addresses, reviews and associated account data. Completed transaction records may retain limited non-identifying information where required for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes or law.

Can’t access your password? You can still initiate a deletion request by emailing hello@nakhatbyjanhvi.com from or with reference to your registered account email. We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting the account.

If you have an active order, the request is recorded and final deletion is completed after that order is delivered, cancelled or refunded.
