Are all Nakhat pieces handmade?
Yes. The seeded V3 catalogue is presented as handcrafted sculptural-paste/composite décor with hand-painted floral detailing. Small surface and colour variations are normal in handmade work.
How long does dispatch take?
Made to Order Each piece is handcrafted especially for you after your order is placed. Please allow 4-6 business days for crafting before dispatch**. Your order will be carefully packed and shipped once it is ready.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Report transit damage within 24 hours with clear photos and an uninterrupted unboxing video. The admin team reviews eligible replacement/refund requests.
Can I cancel after placing an order?
